We are in the business of service and the question although very simple opens the door to a discussion which enables us to listen and tailor our service to the needs of this very question. By listening to our customers we can quickly ascertain which service(s) to tailor, or perhaps a collaboration with one of our highly experienced and professional Collaborators or a Referral. To us being a service business is about listening and being helpful and in property anything is possible! No two days are ever the same.
Our service is agile and seamless to enable collaboration with our Clients. We are here and there to help them achieve their goal. We can move with ease between sourcing and installing new tap ware to suit the Client’s property style as seen in the above image, to detailed property planning and research, to complex contract negotiations. A typical day for us would involve;
- liaising with a Selling Agent to acquire a property for a Client;
- site inspections, market due diligence, styling research;
- planning, coordinating and managing a Schedule of Work to be completed at a Client property on or prior to Settlement – garden and pool maintenance, interior house clean, property repairs;
- inspecting a recently vacant Client investment property and providing a Comparative Market Appraisal and advice on any maintenance or repairs, cleanliness, general style and appearance to increase its rental appeal and rental income;
